TreVista offers assisted living and memory care and features a personalized approach that will help residents flourish. At TreVista, we make it our mission to discover what really matters to those who live in our community. We find out the things they thought they would never be able to do – and we make them happen. Just because a person needs support and assistance doesn’t mean they can’t live a full, connected and vibrant life. At TreVista, each day is filled with joy and meaning.

Supportive living for peace of mind

With a focus on maintaining resident independence, our team of experienced, compassionate caregivers provides care and support 24/7. From helping with activities of daily living such as getting dressed, managing medication or taking a shower, our goal is to make life easy and worry-free for all in our care.

In addition to 24/7 care with nurse oversight, healthcare supervision and assistance with activities of daily living, TreVista is pleased to partner with Pine Park Health to offer in-community medical care. COVID-19 Testing

To keep residents safe in these challenging times, we’re pleased to provide three types of in-house COVID-19 testing, including rapid response testing. We’re dedicated to making sure all who live and work at TreVista are safe and healthy.
