The name and slogan is an ode to impromptu backyard hangouts. Don’t bother with the front door - just let yourself in through the Side Gate!

What we missed most in 2020 was sharing a beer with our friends and family and catching up face-to-face. Side Gate Brewery & Beer Garden is a place where you can do just that. When you’re here, we want you to feel like you’re in your best friend’s backyard.

It takes a village to raise a child - Side Gate is our baby and with the help of our friends, family, and local community members we’ve transformed the historical building at 1822 Grant Street in Concord’s Todos Santos Plaza into Side Gate Brewery & Beer Garden. All of our beers are brewed on-site and served to you as fresh as possible in our taproom and spacious outdoor beer garden. We aim to bring a well crafted selection of beers to all our guests and believe there is a perfect beer for every occasion. We take pride in every beer we pour, and hope you pay us a visit sometime soon.
