Brasas Do Brazil Churrascaria is an authentic Brazilian steakhouse. We serve grilled meat cooked the Brazilian way - over an open flame with natural charcoal.

Brasas Do Brazil features the ultimate all-you-can-eat, fixed price dining experience with continuous table-side service.

Our rotisserie grilled meats are served tableside and go great with our unlimited gourmet salads, fruits and vegetables, house-made desserts and exotic drinks.

The Experience

The waiters move around the restaurant with the skewers, slicing meat onto the client's plate - steak, chicken, pork, and lamb.

This serving style is called rodizio and is quite popular in Brazil, thus there is not a traditional menu.

The wide variety of meats are complemented by a colorful and flavorful salad bar with various salads, vegetables, and greens as well as cured meats and aged / imported cheeses.

We also offer a hot station with rice, beans, soup, and mash potatoes.
