In this session, they will discuss the impact of caring on the caregiver and discuss tangible strategies to help ensure that you find ways to take care of yourself, even if the demands of your time or your natural inclinations orient you away from your own wellbeing. They will also show tangible exercises you can easily integrate into your daily routine.
