Join CSUEB Sophomore, Isabel Bueso, and the CSU East Bay community as we bring awareness to Rare Disease Day at both the Concord and Hayward campuses! Monday, February 29, 2016 from 12-2pm

Virtual Participation/Awareness walk
- To participate in the virtual walk - Please take a picture with the attached “Handprints Across America” flyer and upload it on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter using #rarediseasedayCSUEB. Tag @csuebconcord
Volunteer
- Student, Staff and Faculty volunteers wanted! Volunteer to be a RDD Ambassador, help the day of the walk, or on the planning committee. Community members welcome!
Donate
- Donations are welcome. Donations will be added to the Rare Disease Day Scholarship fund. Scholarships will be awarded by the CSUEB Accessibility Services department to CSUEB student with a rare disease. Goal is to raise at least $1000

No admission fees. Please register to volunteer or walk. Everyone is welcome! The walk at the Concord and Hayward Campuses is wheelchair accessible. If you cannot join us in person - join virtually! All donations will support the Accessibility services scholarship for students with rare diseases
