Government/Economic Policy Committee Meeting

Come hear an update from Hall Equities Group, who is proposing an exciting new mixed use project surrounding the Downtown Concord BART station.  The project consists of for sale and for rent residential units, office, retail, hotels, convention/expo center and a soccer stadium/entertainment venue on approximately 34 acres. Having signed an Initial Exclusive Negotiating Agreement (IENA) with the City of Concord earlier this year, Hall Equities Group is currently exploring the feasibility of the project pursuant to the terms and conditions of the IENA.
