2023 Ultimate Thanksgiving Camp

Get ready for a truly unforgettable few days full of jumping, laughing, rolling, dancing, and maybe even flipping! Our Active day camps are led by our USAG safety certified and first aid/CPR certified experienced coaches. Each day includes quality gymnastics instruction using all our apparatus and stations to help gain agility, spatial awareness, strength, all while making new friends and having a blast!      Students must be registered in advance-register here.

Choose either Half Day or Full day

• Half Day: 9:00 am -12:00 pm
• Full Day: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

• Warm-up and Dance
• Trampoline and Strength/Conditioning
• Bars Time: Uneven bars, bounce bars, monkey bars, rings, parallel bars
• Balance Beams: high, low, wide
• Vault and Tumbling Strip
• Floor X: Group Routine
• Lunch & Snack
• Tumbling Drills
• Inflatable and Parachute Fun

• Designed for children ages 4-12 years old
• No experience necessary, all levels welcome!
